Mr. Dean is board certified in family practice with several years of psychiatry experience. He is a U.S. Navy Veteran who received his Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Practice from Wilmington University in 2005.

Prior to coming to All hope Behavioral Health Services, Abdul worked for multiple practices to help patients in Virginia with neurological and psychiatric diseases including stroke, dementia, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.  He has worked in multiple environments including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and medical practices.  His goal is to provide quality patient care by assisting patients with their life stressors, medication management, diagnoses and many were complements of mental health.

Mr. Dean is a NP-Family who specializes in medication management for treating patient ages 18 and above. He is available to see patients in person or through telehealth, and he accepts most insurance plans and self-pay patients.
