Graduating from Shenandoah University with a Master of Science degree, she initially honed her skills in urgent care before discovering her passion for mental health. Motivated by the realization of the crucial need for comprehensive psychiatric care, Sameen transitioned her focus to psychiatry, driven by a belief in the equal importance of mental and physical health. With a nurturing and empathetic approach, she fosters a safe and supportive space for patients of all ages and backgrounds. Sameen’s expertise extends to treating a spectrum of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and ADD/ADHD. Outside of her professional endeavors, Sameen enjoys quality time with her family, indulging her love for baking, exploring new destinations through travel, and cheering on her favorite college football and basketball teams.
