Sania Ellahi is a Resident in Social Work dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through compassionate, evidence-based care. As a provider with All Hope Behavioral Health Services, she offers culturally sensitive psychotherapy designed to help clients navigate behavioral, emotional, and life-transition challenges.
Sania treats a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders. Her clinical background includes serving diverse communities through the Loudoun County Head Start program and providing intensive, community-based mental health services to families in crisis. Trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI) during her work as an intensive in-home clinician, Sania integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills to manage challenges.
Drawing from her multicultural background and lived experience across Pakistan and the U.S., she specializes in supporting immigrant and multicultural families as they navigate family dynamics and cultural adjustment. Sania utilizes a person-centered, strengthsbased approach, creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to create positive change.
